Flare’s registered name is extremely fitting for her personality, she is our fiery redhead. She is super cute, and she knows it too! Though she is small at only 14 1/2 inches tall and only around 18 lbs, she has a lot of heart, even having the ability to work cattle. Unlike some of my other dogs, she has a lot of eye when working larger stock, using it to her advantage, as she knows she can’t move them with body pressure alone. She is very spatially aware of her livestock, and has very good natural rate.

Her second weekend out in the show ring, she took two five point majors, one under the judge who had judged our breed club’s national specialty the year prior. She absolutely adores to show, and we hope to finish her championship here in 2025 before breeding her.
